"Internet trigger" calling. This is fabulous for people traveling anywhere in the world who have wi-fi access but where expensive international calling would otherwise be needed (as from a hotel room or if at a friend's house). You log-in, enter 2 phone numbers and click connect, then both regular phones ring and are connected together. Since the computer is not used for the call itself, it can be shut down anytime after "triggering” the call. This is very cheap (though it costs a bit more because two separate call "legs" are connected together), and is well worth it compared to international cell phone / roaming rates.
